WOMEN'S FIELD TRIP WEEKEND ~ ILLINOIS, USA OCTOBER 18-20, 2019

GIFT YOURSELF A WEEKEND OF FUN!

When was the last time you did something just for you, just for fun?! Our lives are jam packed with to-do lists for work and family. How often does the prospect of taking a vacation and tending to your needs feel like just another check-mark on your never ending list?

When do YOU ever just get to show up and have everything taken care of?

Women’s Weekend Field Trips are all about just that. Be a kid again. Simply pack your bags and show up! Allow us to take over the planning and preparation. Your job is to have FUN.

This weekend is all about you just showing up.

THAT'S IT.

Grab your comfy pajamas and the book you haven’t had time to read and join us for…..

Unplug from to-do lists, work emails, tasks, and social media (I can already hear the collective sigh of relief). Read a book. Take a nap. Lay in the sunshine. Whatever your heart desires.

Connect with other like-minded women by sharing meals, hiking, playing games, and just having a girl’s sleepover like a kid again!

Enjoy a guided hike and learn the basics of hiking and connecting with nature by exploring Starved Rock’s beautiful canyons and waterfalls. If you’re a beginner, you’re in good company! (Not interested in hiking? No worries- we have some short-cuts so you can still enjoy the beautiful views!)

LET'S TALK ABOUT FOOD...

All the meals will be freshly made by our beautiful staff and served to you throughout the weekend. That means you don’t need to even think about it. That’s the best part- your job is to show up and eat. A variety of vegetables, fruits, and plant based meals will be served (and promptly devoured).

We will also be serving herbal teas and juices along with snacks and “to go” lunches and treats when we are out and about exploring! Bring your appetite and we'll do the rest!

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings, Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

LAURA SIEBERT

180 Health was born through healing a lifelong battle with chronic illness and a passion for inspiring women to take hold of their lives and fully live out their desires. Laura’s life changed after attending a retreat in Bali, sending her half way across the world ALONE. By the time she arrived, the retreat was just the icing on the cake because she had conquered a tremendous fear. Her confidence and trust in herself grew and the forever mantra of “I will not allow fear to dictate my life.”

Laura’s life mission and passion is to help women be freed from their own fears through outdoor activities and challenges, one on one coaching, and through travel. After spending most of her life making sure she was safe and secure, she cannot get enough of experiencing the fullness of life and seeing other women experience this and change at the depths of their core.

Laura is a certified Personal Trainer, Regenerative Detoxification Specialist, Iridologist, Reiki Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, and Highest Potential Coach who loves hiking, biking, and doing aerial silks.
